Joan has held positions all over the organizational ladder. She saw and experienced the challenges people faced in building and managing a meaningful professional career. Over and over she heard the same questions and roadblocks, “I feel stuck. How do I get past this?” “Something doesn’t feel right but I can’t figure it out.” “I should love this job, but I don’t. What do I do now?” She watched people try to balance families, passions, work, and other interests often with limited success while experiencing high levels of stress and unhappiness. After seeing this repeated pattern, she followed her intuition and expanded her business focus from not only solving larger organizational challenges but to include coaching and mentoring to support the people that fuel organization success…it's leaders.
